Job Requirements What You Will Do Provide guests and team members with clean, sanitized plateware, glassware, utensils, and equipment. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools according to sanitation and cleaning procedures. Keep the dish area and kitchen clean by sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout your shift. Assist with spot‑sweeping the restaurant and bar floor when needed. Complete duties efficiently and consistently in a fast‑paced environment. Support the team with additional tasks based on business needs. Job Requirements Ability to bend, stoop, and stay active throughout the shift. Strong work ethic and eagerness to help wherever needed. Ability to work quickly, accurately, and stay organized. Team‑focused attitude and positive energy. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
