The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Drug Product Technical Operations. The successful candidate will be a recognized leader in enterprise technical operations with a deep background in drug product manufacturing, commercialization, and lifecycle management. This role is pivotal in providing technical leadership across the commercial manufacturing network, including external partners, and ensuring robust, reliable, and compliant supply. The AVP will be responsible for strategic stewardship of in-line product manufacturing, driving technical excellence, and leading transformational change to enhance the long-term competitiveness of the manufacturing network. Key responsibilities for the AVP include serving as the senior technical authority for complex challenges, advancing network performance through proactive risk management, and championing digital and advanced process monitoring capabilities. The role demands a leader who can influence and align senior stakeholders, balance technical and operational performance with business priorities, and build a high-performing, inclusive organization. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. in a relevant field with a minimum of 15 years' experience, significant leadership in pharmaceutical technical operations, and a proven track record of leading global technical organizations in highly regulated environments. Strong skills in influencing enterprise strategy, driving organizational transformation, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement are essential.
