• Required Certifications: Chemo/Hazardous Drug, PharmD, BLS, Board Certified
• Required Skills: High-alert medications, Ambulatory Care/Outpatient Clinic, Chemotherapy, Compounding, Pyxis, Sterile Technique

Job Details:

• Pay: $3169/week - $3362/week
• Assignment Length: 13-week assignment
• Shift: 5, 8-Hour 08:00 - 15:00
• At least one year of experience required
