Senior Finance Data Engineer / Data Analyst

We are seeking a Finance Data Engineer / Data Analyst to support the FP&A organization by developing and maintaining Power BI–based financial reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong data management and modeling skills, paired with a foundational understanding of financial concepts.Responsibilities Include:Manage the full Power BI data lifecycle: from data extraction and transformation (Bronze/Silver layers) to semantic modeling and dashboard development (Gold layer)Ensure data accuracy, performance, and security across all FP&A reporting toolsHandle user access and role-level security within Power BI ServiceKey Skills & Requirements:Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and DAXExperience integrating data from multiple sources (e.g., Excel, CSV, ERP systems like SAP or OneStream)Ability to clean, transform, and standardize data into analytics-ready modelsExperience deploying and maintaining dashboards in Power BI ServiceBasic understanding of financial reporting structures (e.g., P&L, revenue, cost, variance analysis)Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimizationBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Financial Technology or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years' extensive experience with PowerBIMinimum of 8 years' overall relevant work experienceThrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment​Preferred Qualifications:Power BI certification or similar credentialsExperience with ETL tools or scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) for advanced data transformationExperience with Onestream, SAP or Oracle toolsBrand: FCA GroupJob ID: 2019112Employment Type: Full-timeJob Area: ICT, Digital and DataPosted Date: 29/06/2026
