About the Role Aperto Property Management, Inc. is seeking a qualified Staff Accountant to join our team at the corporate office in Irvine, CA . In this role, you will assist Senior Staff Accountants in overseeing accounting for a regional property portfolio, as well as assist Accounts Payable and work on other assigned tasks. What You’ll Do Tracking and recording of bank interest and fees Record and track all subsidy payments received at the bank and provide updates to field staff Ensures accuracy of all general ledger information Assist in the reviews balance sheet accounts, income statement trends and variances Prepare quarterly reserve withdrawal packages for lender approval and submission Track daily cash receipts and NSF’s Prepare monthly distribution requests for monthly review Assist Senior Accounts with specific projects as necessary What We’re Looking For Accounting and financial analysis experience (Accounting/Finance degree preferred) with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities Property Management Accounting experience a plus Excellent organizational and communications skills, both written and oral Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance degree is preferred If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise and contribute to a growing, innovative property management team, Aperto is the perfect fit for you.
