Program Specialist

To support workforce development efforts in behavioral health, the full-time remote Program Specialist will manage training coordination, certification compliance, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. Key responsibilities Coordinate and implement statewide training and certification initiatives for Family and Youth Peer Support programs Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and training activities Maintain and analyze training and certification records, preparing reports and performance metrics for stakeholders Required qualifications Associate's Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree Strong proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and data management systems Experience in data entry, tracking, reporting, and records management Ability to analyze information and develop meaningful reports Experience coordinating trainings, meetings, or professional development programs
