Salary: $60,000+ per year
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide quality patient care and support rehabilitation goals under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under PT supervision.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean treatment environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
- Active New Mexico PTA license or eligibility to obtain.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to safely assist patients with therapeutic exercises.
- Team-oriented and patient-focused approach.
