Location: Las Cruces, NM
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000+ per year

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide quality patient care and support rehabilitation goals under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean treatment environment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active New Mexico PTA license or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to safely assist patients with therapeutic exercises.
• Team-oriented and patient-focused approach.
