JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Talent & Development Specialist for a top automotive manufacturing client. The Talent & Development Specialist will be responsible for owning and leading the recruiting and training areas. They will set and implement the talent acquisition strategy and processes, as well as manage the training and retaining of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support HR programs, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with corporate and local regulations.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, leveraging the most effective sourcing channels and external partners.
• Coordinate career fairs, assessment centers, and other talent attraction initiatives.
• Develop and manage annual training plans aligned with business objectives and employee development needs.
• Drive employer branding strategies to strengthen talent attraction and retention.
• Track HR KPIs, analyze workforce metrics, and recommend process improvements.
• Lead and support HR projects across recruitment, training, employee development, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, ethics, and information security standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years experience owning talent & development for a manufacturing company
• Self-starter and proactive personality
• High level of proficiency in excel
• Hands on experience with Learning Management Systems
