Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.Shift: 5x8.0The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. This role involves the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that enable effective return to community activities.
