Customer Care Representative

Support business customers with billing, service changes, troubleshooting, collections, sales, and technical support for AT&T products and services. Use multiple tools to resolve issues, update accounts, and handle inquiries about rate plans, devices, network coverage, returns, and related services. Instill customer confidence and loyalty through thoughtful listening and clear communication. Explain customer bills, rate plans, and AT&T product and service features. Troubleshoot and resolve voice and data issues across multiple networks and interdependent network elements. Engage Tier 3 network and IT support, third-party vendors, and suppliers to resolve service faults. Support wireless local number portability, relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and prepaid service. Assist customers with air cards, USB devices, and AT&T-provided software and applications. Manage customer accounts, including activations, service changes, credit checks, collections, and accurate records and reports. Coordinate with departments, distribution centers, and management on order, return, inventory, and escalation issues. Support returns, exchanges, upgrades, accessory orders, missing order requests, and inventory management. Sell products and services and make personalized recommendations based on customer needs. Requirements At least one year of customer service experience preferred; call center experience preferred. Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation is essential, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours as assigned. Occasional overtime may be required.
