This role plays a critical part in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on various manufacturing and facility equipment• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems• Inspect machines for wear, damage, or malfunction and determine necessary repairs• Replace or rebuild defective components such as motors, bearings, gears, and pumps• Support production teams by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns to reduce downtime• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, parts usage, and inspections• Assist with the setup, relocation, and installation of new machinery• Perform basic fabrication or modification of parts when needed• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspaceQualifications:• Minimum 2 years of machine maintenance or industrial repair experience in a manufacturing setting• Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments• Basic computer skills for logging and tracking maintenance activities• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or trade school training preferred• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and climbingIf you're looking to take the next step in your maintenance career with a company that values your technical expertise, apply today with an updated resume!Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
