Job Details Job Location: Irving, TX 75038 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Travel Percentage: Up to 10% Job Shift: Day Job Category: Marketing Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator Senior leads the industry event attendance process, assists with proposal responses and other general marketing tasks working with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director. Key Responsibilities Assists in the implementation of marketing strategies Manages the industry event calendar for RailPros Executes registration of attendees and secures any required sponsorships or exhibit space Coordinates industry event communication and planning with Marketing Manager Oversees the packing and shipping of industry event materials Lead proposal coordination efforts for required content, including resumes, project summaries, technical write ups, and forms Perform proposal compliance reviews and participate in color reviews May lead proposals under the direction of a proposal manager Provides oversight of the master library of proposal data and maintains updated information Monitor group inboxes for marketing and proposal requests This position may require periodic travel to RailPros headquarters, field offices, client offices, work sites and other project related locations Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture, free from behaviors that undermine morale, productivity, or organizational values Uphold the organization’s standards of integrity, accountability, and respect in all duties and interactions Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulation Other duties as assigned or required to meet the business needs Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Applying logical thought processes and organizing resources in order to solve issues and meet commitments Making decisions and seizing opportunities in the context of BA business objectives Partnering effectively with others to achieve results Satisfying internal and external customer expectations and developing customer partnerships Required Education and Experience: High school diploma is required Experience with LMS system migrations Additional Qualifications, Certifications, etc.: Proven experience in new system implementation is a plus Benefits & Perks Comprehensive Health Insurance: Includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
