Our facilities bring together climbing, fitness, and food service to support active lifestyles and meaningful relationships - all under one roof.About the RoleAs a Full‑Time Café Staff member, you'll help fuel our community by delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a high‑energy café environment. You'll balance front‑of‑house hospitality with back‑of‑house food prep, keeping quality, cleanliness, and guest experience at the center of everything you do.Pay: $19–$21/hourLocations: South Main & Salt Lake City Front locationsWhat You'll DoWelcome guests with genuine, friendly service and create a positive café experience from start to finishPrepare and serve food, coffee, beverages, and alcoholic drinks following recipes and service standardsEducate guests on menu offerings and help them choose what fits their taste and needsPrep ingredients, assemble menu items, and cook according to food quality and safety guidelinesKeep front‑ and back‑of‑house spaces clean, organized, and stockedMonitor food quality, temperature, and presentation to meet company standardsCommunicate inventory needs and help reduce waste through smart food handlingCollaborate with café leadership on menu ideas and operational improvementsFollow all safety, sanitation, and administrative proceduresWhat You BringYou might be a great fit if you:Have 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years serving and/or cookingAre 21+ years old with a valid Utah Alcohol Server PermitHold a current food handler's permitHave barista experience (or strong interest) and enjoy working with coffeeThrive in fast‑paced environments and stay calm under pressureCommunicate clearly, multitask well, and enjoy working as part of a teamCan work nights, weekends, and variable shiftsAre comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbsCare deeply about hospitality, consistency, and guest experiencePerks & BenefitsFull‑Time Team Members Receive:Medical, dental, vision, life, STD & LTD insuranceAccident coverage401(k) retirement planFree gym membershipDiscounts on food and merchandiseOpportunities to grow and support other departments like Ceramics, Adult Programs, or Facilities
