No Limits Fitness is a private personal training gym in West Melbourne, Fl and has been in business since 2014. Our clients are busy executives, engineers and entrepreneurs who want to lose weight, get stronger, and have more energy so they can perform their best outside the gym. They show up. They do the work. They expect their trainers to bring the same standard every session. If you're a trainer who wants to actually coach instead of roaming the floor tying to sell training, this is the job you've been looking for. What The Job Actually Looks Like You coach clients primarily in small groups (up to 6 people) and one-on-one during our scheduled sessions. Sessions are pre-scheduled and require a reservation from clients. You show up prepared and coach. You collaborate with our team of trainers. We share programming ideas, talk through client challenges, and hold one another accountable. You gain access to a network of coaches and gym owners across the country who are serious about professional development. No shifts roaming the floor. No selling, commissions, or tiered pay structure. Shifts We're Looking To Fill Evening: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm until 7:30pm Morning: Saturday from 7am until 10:30am What We're Looking For A Personal Trainer who takes their craft seriously. Specifically: You have a current personal training certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA or NSCA preferred) You can hold a conversation with a 45-year-old engineer who has 60 minutes to train and limited patience for fluff You bring energy and show up with batteries included.
