This role will coordinate with clinical pharmacy leadership to manage end-to-end pharmacy operations within a centralized pharmacy, which includes the distribution and dispensing of medications, medical and laboratory supplies, personal care products and other supplies needed across governmental and qualified entities in Virginia. This position is responsible for managing daily business operations, expanding and implementing clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing financial, human resources, and marketing functions. The role supports strategic planning, data analysis, and research project coordination, while fostering collaboration across departments and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. A comprehensive knowledge of the program(s) and services provided as well as the ability to integrate service delivery methods to meet quality and efficiency requirements and the ability to supervise staff are necessary.Minimum Qualifications• Experience managing operational workflows, optimizing processes and coordinating change management initiatives in a fast paced healthcare or public health environment• Proficiency in the integration of multiple data applications and systems, including electronic health records (EHR), pharmacy management systems, and data analytics tools.• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including experience implementing key performance indicators and directing strategic initiatives.• Experience with compliance oversight, such as HIPAA, OSHA, DEA, 340B, and state pharmacy regulations.• Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, reimbursement models, and auditing.• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making and performance improvementAdditional ConsiderationsDemonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and operate independently in high‑pressure environments, making timely and effective decisions while consistently embodying principles of continuous improvement, transparency, and integrity.Special InstructionsYou will be provided a confirmation of receipt when your application and/or résumé is submitted successfully.
