Food Service Director/ General ManagerLocation: Jenkins County Medical Center, Millen, GAWe are seeking an experienced Dining Services Director with a solid background in an institutional setting such as Hospital, School, College, or similar. Healthcare experience is a strong plus and CDM a very strong plus!! If you have experience in a hospital setting as Retail Manager, Patient Services Manager, or Ops Manager and you are ready for a GM role, we would like to hear from you.Your background must include retail dining, cafe operations, FOH and BOH operations, stellar communication skills and client relations. This position is a prominent opportunity in a busy commercial kitchen and café operations setting and requires a polished and professional identity and winning attitude from a Director with experience leading a team in all operations. Experience desired in a Contract Dining Food Service setting such as Hospital, School, College, Senior Living or Corporate Dining accounts.The Food Service Director/ GM has an overall responsibility of food service. He/She institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; oversees the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results.
