As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and assist employees and visitors with professionalism. You will provide clear communication, document security-related activities, and use technology to support daily operations. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.07 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sun: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and contractors, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation. Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and assisting with security-related questions or concerns. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
