Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to make a genuine impact on students from early education through 7th grade in a supportive school setting through teletherapy. This contract role offers both flexibility and the chance to provide essential services to a manageable caseload of 10 students. You will play a crucial part in completing evaluations, inputting data into Frontline, delivering individualized therapy, and tracking progress, all while collaborating within a caring educational environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Texas OT License (required)
• Previous experience in school-based OT and teletherapy is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with evaluation protocols and proficiency in digital documentation systems, especially Frontline
• Excellent communication skills for working with students, educators, and families
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt in a remote educational setting

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough OT evaluations and input results using Frontline
• Provide direct teletherapy services to students on your caseload
• Consistently monitor and update student progress in Frontline
• Attend ARD meetings as needed to support student goals and advocate for services
• Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with teachers and campus staff to achieve the best outcomes
