NO SUNDAYS (enjoy your time off) Top Compensation in Atlanta (we have checked) Weekly review bonuses Company Sponsored Health Insurance Paid gym membership (you choose the gym) 401k with company match 6 Paid Holidays per year 5 PTO days per year Company sponsored Dental, Vision, and life insurance $5,200 referral bonus (Bring a friend and get over 5k in bonuses) Overtime pay (even on commission) Unlimited unpaid time off Fully stocked take-home truck with fuel card Credit card for material purchases Dispatch from home instead of from the office Company supplied uniforms at no cost to you Paid boot allowance every 365 days Weekly training Free water, ice, coffee, and biscuits Company iPad (with training) and paperless invoicing Employee tool purchasing program TE has promoted over 10 technicians into senior leadership and sales in the last 36 months Annual sponsored company events for families and spouses Requirements Positive, friendly, courteous, and kind attitude with great customer service skills Master knowledge of troubleshooting HVAC issues such as basic low voltage, refrigerant, communicating equipment faults, and airflow A proven history of quality troubleshooting with 15 or more years of experience at an HVAC company The position requires someone with 10 yrs+ of experience repairing or replacing residential HVAC systems Clear understanding of duct work, zoning, and communicating systems Evaluate overall system installations and identify any code-related, safety, or comfort issues Be able to repair issues on the job the same day to ensure customer satisfaction and comfort Coordinate with Install Supervisors, Install crews, and management Be able to coach or train others Be willing to work occasional Saturdays Be willing to attend training and classes Experience with a smart device and technical ability. Service Titan experience is a plus! Excellent professional & personal references Ability to pass a background, MVR, and drug screening, and to maintain a drug-free lifestyle Physical ability to lift over 70 lbs and climb up and down a ladder on a regular basis.
