Food Services Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Food Services department at our Administration Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for food service excellence, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement food service policies and procedures to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations of food preparation, serving, and cleaning, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor expenses to achieve financial goals.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to create innovative menus that meet dietary needs and preferences.
- Recruit, train, and supervise food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of food service facilities to ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance food service operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, nutrition standards, and food service operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
- Experience in menu planning and development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and food service management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation is preferred.
