EasyHealth is growing our Nurse Practitioner network in Portland, Oregon in surrounding areas. We're looking for experienced, compassionate NPs who want to make healthcare more accessible; one home at a time. What You'll Do You’ll meet members where they are, literally. During scheduled in-home visits, you’ll conduct comprehensive preventive health assessments that help identify care needs, close important gaps, and connect members to appropriate ongoing care. This is not a traditional primary care practice or packed clinic schedule. You’ll have the opportunity to focus on the member in front of you and deliver a thoughtful, high-quality assessment.
