Payments Manager

Owning the merchant onboarding lifecycle, the full-time Payments Manager will manage the transition from sales handover to operational readiness, ensuring merchants are configured, trained, and ready to transact on a remote basis. Key responsibilities Oversee end-to-end onboarding execution, coordinating across Sales, Underwriting, Compliance, and Product to meet timelines Serve as the internal expert on payment gateway operations and onboarding compliance, building and maintaining process documentation and training materials Manage and develop a team of onboarding specialists, embedding AI tools into workflows to enhance efficiency Required qualifications 4-8 years of experience in payments, merchant onboarding, or fintech operations Deep knowledge of payment gateways, merchant acquiring, and compliance requirements Hands-on experience with KYC/KYB processes Proven ability to manage complex onboarding projects with multiple stakeholders Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is strongly preferred
