Sanitation Associate ensures cleanliness in the facility, including the freezer. They maintain sanitation in the freezer warehouse and office areas, work in accordance with all safety regulations, and coordinate work with other team members.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to follow sanitation, safety, and cleaning proceduresExperience RequirementsPrevious janitorial, custodial, sanitation, or warehouse cleaning experience preferred Experience operating cleaning equipment and warehouse machinery is a plus Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling proceduresJob DutiesClean and maintain freezer warehouse work areasFollow sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPs)Sweep floors, clean walls and surfaces, and empty trash and recycling binsMop floors, clean rugs, windows, bathrooms, and lunchroom areasMix and use cleaning chemicals according to established proceduresPerform outdoor maintenance duties, including debris removal and snow shovelingAssist with setting up and removing chairs and tables for meetings and eventsPerform minor building repairs such as unclogging drains, fixing faucets, and unclogging toiletsOperate vacuums, power tools, and other cleaning equipmentIdentify and report equipment repairs or replacement needsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentWork collaboratively with team members to complete assigned tasksPhysical CapabilitiesAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to work in cold freezer environments Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift Ability to perform indoor and outdoor cleaning and maintenance tasksBenefitsCompetitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
