Interventional Radiology Supervisor – Full Time – Days – Weill Cornell We're seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Supervisor to lead a highly skilled imaging team at our Weill Cornell campus. If you're a collaborative radiologic technologist with supervisory experience and a passion for operational excellence, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of imaging while ensuring an outstanding patient experience. In This Role, You Will: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Interventional Radiology department Supervise, coach, and develop a team of imaging professionals Coordinate patient flow and departmental throughput to support efficient, high-quality care Ensure compliance with departmental policies, quality assurance standards, and ACR requirements Provide work direction, training, and ongoing staff support Conduct performance evaluations and recommend personnel actions as appropriate Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance needs Assist with inventory management and recommend new equipment and supply purchases Support departmental initiatives focused on quality improvement and patient satisfaction Preferred Criteria Bachelor’s degree ARRT Certification in CT or Interventional Radiology (VI) Previous experience supervising radiology staff in a hospital setting Required Criteria High School Diploma or GED Graduate of an accredited Radiology program New York State Radiological Technologist license Minimum of five years progressive radiology experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, physicians, staff, and external stakeholders Demonstrated ability to coordinate daily operations, prioritize workflow, and maintain high standards of patient care and service Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
