Verovian Healthcare Recruitment Agency seeks a skilled and compassionate ER Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Emergency Department team in Hermitage, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing critical care to patients in emergencies while maintaining professionalism and compassion.

Job Specification

Triage, assess, and treat patients presenting with various conditions, from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies. Administer medications, perform diagnostics, and collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans. Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in patient status. Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions and post-emergency care instructions. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and ensure all procedures comply with healthcare regulations.

Candidate Requirements

Active RN license in Tennessee. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing is preferred. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage stressful situations and provide care for multiple patients at once.
