ABOUT THE JOB

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time while expecting the same compliance from your crew. Additionally, bring a focus on staffing, paperwork, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a pristine image, adherence to standards, delivering great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to and from work, keeping the store clean, and driving marketing and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

General job duties for all store team members: Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Communicate clearly with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Comprehend and provide written instructions accurately.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SKILLS

Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed. Make correct monetary change. Exhibit strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing.
