OFFERING PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening- PAY RATE - $30 - $32 per hour (W2 employment)
- Rate is based on years of RBT experience
- The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support
- The RBT practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA
- School-based cases, must have availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar year
- Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB
- Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide and Crisis Prevention Intervention trainings
- HS Diploma or equivalency
- National certification as an RBT - active
- Will consider applicants with completed 40 hours of RBT training designed to meet the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification.
- Worked a minimum of 1 year directly with individuals with special needs - preferred
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- PA Department of Education FBI
- TB Screening - current within 3 months
- Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcript
