Baird Holm is seeking at add an Associate attorney to our Real Estate section. This position is located in our growing Lincoln, NE office. The candidate must have all of the following experience and skills:Juris Doctor (JD) from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law schoolStrong academic historyActive admission in good standing with the Nebraska bar or ability to obtain the same quicklyStrong writing, analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skillsAttention to detail and robust work ethicCommitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork, along with ability to work independently on various projectsAbility to start working by or before September 2026.The ideal candidate desires a legal practice that encompasses all of the following areas:Real estate, land use, government relations, construction, and tax credit lawConducting research and due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and coordinating commercial transactionsRepresenting clients in administrative, regulatory, and public proceedings and hearingsBaird Holm is a multi-service law firm with nearly 100 lawyers in 28 practice disciplines that is annually recognized as one of the preeminent law firms in the region.
