Our restaurant's Back of House Team Members play a vital role in providing guests with a remarkable dining experience. They work behind the scenes and are responsible for crafting and delivering Chick-fil-A's signature food. We prioritize being attentive and courteous to all guests, ensuring prompt and accurate service with genuine hospitality. Our back-of-house positions include breader, sandwich assembly, nugget assembly, prep, fryer and more. We offer comprehensive training for all positions to ensure our team members feel confident in delivering excellent service.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture at the highest level
• Meet with shift lead to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shift
• Follow the Chick-fil-A rules and dress code all the time.
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Ability to multitask quickly yet thoroughly
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with Team Members
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, speed and accuracy at all times
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
