Shifts will vary depending on need - possible rotating & float

Contract length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed hours: 36 per week

Roles & responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and evaluate patient care
• Serve as a resource person for patients and healthcare team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management
• Perform assessments and develop care plans based on patient needs
