Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Printing Bindery Operator to join our vibrant manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Your expertise will ensure that every product meets our rigorous standards for precision and overall quality. Responsibilities

• Execute finishing tasks including binding, cutting, folding, and other bindery operations with precision and attention to detail
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify defects or inconsistencies and implement corrective actions promptly
• Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs or machining as needed
• Utilize forklift skills for material handling and inventory management within the manufacturing environment
• Follow safety protocols diligently while operating machinery cutter, MBO folders, Muller Stitcher and other manufacturing tools

Experience

• Hands-on experience with quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to operate Folding and cutting machines and perform basic machining tasks is a plus
• Knowledge of print advertising standards is desirable
• Prior experience with forklift operation and safety certification is preferred
