Provider Enrollment Specialist

Hours: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM; Monday through Friday

Hourly rate $17.00

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain provider applications, revalidations, and updates into the system.
• Enter and maintain all provider information into database.
• Verify required documentation.
• Meet established turnaround times and accuracy rates.
• Outreach providers via email and by phone.
• Assist providers with resolving Provider Enrollment issues and inquiries.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in the use of MS Office products.
• Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with co-workers and providers.
• Proven ability to work well individually and as a team member.
• Organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 12 years of experience in business environment.
• Provider credentialing experience a plus.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.
