Interested in Alpine’s Summer 2027 Investing Internship?

OUR INVESTING SUMMER INTERNSHIP

The program is designed for juniors heading into their senior year, with the goal of converting Summer Interns into full-time investors at Alpine. We encourage applications from students graduating in Spring 2028 or Winter 2027.

THE ROLE

As a Summer Intern, you won’t just observe private equity investing—you’ll do the work of an investor from day one. Summer Interns are true members of our deal teams. We believe in giving ownership and responsibility early, so you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact while accelerating your learning. Your primary focus will be assessing real investment opportunities for Alpine’s funds. This includes: Industry & Company Analysis – Researching sectors and businesses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Evaluating Deals – Supporting live transactions through financial modeling, customer and market analyses, diligence calls, and on-site company visits. Working with Executives – Engaging directly with business leaders during diligence and building conviction in partnership with Alpine’s deal teams.

WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE

We look for students who are not only strong analytically, but also thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. You might be a fit if you are: A Problem Solver – Creative, persistent, and energized by tackling complex challenges. A Fast Learner – Curious, eager to grow, and quick to pick up new skills. A Self-Starter – Independent, accountable, and motivated by achieving strong outcomes. Analytical – Comfortable with data, numbers, and building insights from detail. A Clear Communicator – Able to think on your feet and present ideas with confidence. A True Teammate – Humble, reflective, and motivated by collective success.
