Training Manager

This role leads the development, implementation, and oversight of enterprise training programs supporting aircraft maintenance, flight operations, engineering, ISR mission support, and other safety-sensitive aviation functions. You'll ensure compliance with FAA, OSHA, NISPOM, AS9100, GFR, and internal quality standards while driving modern, scalable learning solutions across domestic and international operations. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise training programs supporting aircraft maintenance, modification, engineering, flight operations, and mission support. Conduct training needs analyses, compliance assessments, and organizational skills gap evaluations. Manage Learn365 LMS, including SCORM content, course libraries, user administration, reporting, and exam analytics. Design and publish interactive eLearning using Adobe Captivate and video-based learning tools. Coordinate technical training, aviation maintenance programs, and qualification requirements to support operational readiness. Build Power BI dashboards and develop Power Automate and PowerApps workflows to improve training compliance and reporting. Maintain curriculum, certification records, qualification matrices, and training documentation. Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, Security, IT, and international teams to standardize training across multiple locations. Manage training budgets, vendors, and third-party training providers. Qualifications 5+ years of training management experience within aviation, aircraft maintenance, aircraft modification, or FAA Part 145 environments. Strong knowledge of FAA, OSHA, NISPOM, AS9100, and GFR requirements. Advanced Learn365 LMS experience, including SCORM content management and reporting. Experience creating digital learning content with Adobe Captivate. Proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, and PowerApps. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
