Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and paraprofessionals
• Exceptional communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Compassion, adaptability, and a passion for student-centered instruction

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each student’s strengths and areas for growth
• Modify lessons and assignments to meet documented accommodations and accessible learning requirements
• Track student progress, adjust teaching strategies, and conduct timely assessments
• Foster a supportive, positive classroom environment that encourages participation and respects diversity
• Communicate proactively with families, administrators, and staff to ensure cohesive support
• Attend IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as required
