Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is sought for a position in the designated locations. This role involves providing therapeutic services to patients in a long-term care setting, adhering to the established clinical protocols and standards. The assignment offers consistent weekday daytime hours with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, Dayshift, with a total of 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist certification, relevant degree, at least 2 years of experience in SNF settings, and current licensure in the applicable state(s)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with elderly populations in a long-term care environment is preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: No call or weekend coverage required. The contract duration is 13 weeks, with the start date on 10/05/2026 and end date on 01/02/2027. Position locations include Grand Meadows, Spring Valley, and Mabel, MN.
