Qlik Reporting Analyst/DeveloperFully Remote • Headquarters - Wyomissing, PAOverviewLevel ExperiencedDescriptionWe are seeking a Qlik Reporting Analyst / Developer to help build, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards that support business decisions. This person will work closely with business users and technical teams to translate reporting needs into accurate, reliable, and easy-to-use reporting solutions using Qlik. The role combines hands-on report development with ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, data validation, and user support.Duties And Responsibilities:Develop and enhance Qlik reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on business requirementsMaintain existing reporting applications, including updating calculations, filters, layouts, and data connections as business needs evolvePartner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, key performance indicators, and business rulesCreate and maintain Qlik data models and load scripts that combine information from multiple sourcesValidate report results against source data and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistencyMonitor scheduled data reloads, troubleshoot failures, and resolve reporting issues.Improve report performance, usability, and reliabilityDocument reporting logic, data sources, dependencies, and maintenance proceduresSupport user testing, communicate changes, and provide guidance to report usersFollow established data security, access, and change management practicesOther Skills And Abilities:Hands-on experience developing and maintaining reports and dashboards in Qlik Sense and/or QlikViewWorking knowledge of Qlik load scripting, expressions, and data modelingProficiency in SQL for querying, validating, and troubleshooting dataAbility to translate business questions into clear reporting requirements and practical solutionsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and attention-to-detail skillsAbility to explain reporting concepts and findings to nontechnical usersStrong organizational skills and the ability to balance new development with ongoing support requestsEducation And/Or Experience:Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in analytics, information systems, computer science, business, or a related fieldExperience with Qlik Cloud and scheduled data reloadsFamiliarity with set analysis and techniques for improving Qlik application performanceExperience supporting reporting across multiple business functions or data sourcesFamiliarity with data quality, governance, and reporting access controlsExperience documenting solutions and training business usersPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
