Maintain and update recruiting activity reports to support transparency and informed decision making. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to guarantee smooth and timely recruitment operations. Utilize approved vendors and recruitment tools to uphold consistency, compliance, and quality. Liaise with third‑party agencies, vendors, and partners delivering recruitment‑related services. Use the Applicant Tracking System as the primary tool for facilitating efficient and accurate recruitment activities. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for commonly needed positions to support ongoing workforce readiness. What makes you great Implement strategic staffing initiatives and projects that ensure a continuous pipeline of skilled talent. Review internal compensation data and collaborate with regional Human Resources partners to create competitive and equitable offers. Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience supporting your professional foundation. Bring at least five years of high‑volume recruiting experience with strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Demonstrate the ability to brainstorm and execute creative recruiting strategies for challenging locations. Be experienced in candidate sourcing and data mining through Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, and career fairs. Showcase strong multi‑tasking, prioritization, and consultative abilities, and be familiar with Taleo, Cornerstone, and employment law. Experience in the industrial gas industry is preferred, as well as advanced knowledge of applicable laws and regulations regarding employment practices.
