This is an opportunity to combine the resources and stability of an institutional platform with the broad exposure and ownership of a lean investment team.Working closely with the CFO and Controller, you'll gain hands-on exposure across the full fund lifecycle, including capital activity, financial reporting, waterfalls, carry, valuations, tax, and investor reporting. The firm offers strong compensation, bonus + carry potential, flexible work arrangements, excellent benefits, subsidized lunches, and a supportive leadership team.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end capital calls and distributions Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly closesMaintain portfolio investment activity, valuations, and statements of investmentsBuild and review American and European waterfall models Calculate carried interest, hurdle rates, and capital statements Maintain fund accounting systems and ensure data accuracyCoordinate with external tax providers and review fund tax returnsPrepare LP and parent company reporting Respond to investor inquiries related to capital activity, statements, and K-1sSupport portfolio investment and fund-of-fund activityFor fastest consideration, reach out to Michelle Espejo via email or LinkedIn.
