Join a high-performing Agile delivery organization where you will enable software development teams to deliver business value through Scrum and Agile best practices. You will serve as the Agile leader for one or more teams, driving continuous improvement, removing delivery impediments, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and enabling predictable, high-quality releases through effective Agile execution.

Requirements
8+ years of Scrum Master experience
8+ years of Agile Delivery experience
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments and drive timely resolution of delivery risks and blockers.
Monitor Agile metrics and communicate delivery health, velocity, and progress to stakeholders.
Partner with multiple teams to improve collaboration, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity.
Champion Agile best practices while fostering effective communication and conflict resolution across teams.
