Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Fieger Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our litigation team. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with significant personal injury litigation experience who can independently manage cases and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. What You’ll Do Manage personal injury cases from pre-suit through trial preparation Draft and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery and correspondence Review and summarize medical records, depositions and case materials Maintain litigation calendars and monitor critical deadlines Ensure compliance with Michigan court rules Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel and courts Maintain organized and accurate case files What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of personal injury litigation experience Trial experience preferred Strong knowledge of Michigan court rules and civil procedure Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organization, accuracy and attention to detail PracticeMaster and Worldox experience preferred, but not required Salary: $65,000–$85,000 + eligibility for discretionary bonuses Fieger Law offers 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance for employees , along with life insurance, profit-sharing, generous paid time off and the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes personal injury litigation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
