Compensation & Benefits

$665,000 Guaranteed Base Salary + WRVU Incentives (4-year contract)
$50,000 Signing Bonus
$20,000 Annual Loan Repayment
$15,000 Relocation Assistance
$3,000 CME Stipend + 5 CME Days
29 Days Paid Time Off

Candidate Qualifications

Board Certified in Thoracic Surgery
Ideally 510 years of experience
