The work centers on defective construction claims, contract disputes, project delays, mechanic's liens, payment issues, warranty matters, and other construction-related litigation. The ideal candidate is a motivated attorney who enjoys advocacy, takes ownership of cases, and is eager to develop strong trial skills.
