This role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior leadership to identify improvement opportunities, prioritize high-impact initiatives, define success metrics, and drive sustainable adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, change management, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage a portfolio of initiatives and build a culture of operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence and Program ManagementLead cross-functional operational excellence initiatives by partnering with business teams, stakeholders, and IT to assess current processes, identify gaps, and define improvement opportunities that increase productivity, reduce cost, improve quality, and deliver measurable KPIs.Develop business cases, project charters, roadmaps, process maps, requirements documentation, dashboards, training materials, and executive-level presentations to support operational transformation and continuous improvement programs.Serve as a trusted liaison among business teams, regional IT developers, and leadership to align priorities, remove obstacles, and ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with business objectives.Facilitate workshops, process reviews, stakeholder interviews, training sessions, and change-management activities that engage teams, improve adoption, and embed continuous improvement behaviors.Manage a portfolio of projects and applications development, balancing timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies while ensuring delivery remains on scope, on schedule, and aligned with expected benefits.Track, report, and communicate progress, results, risks, and success stories to senior management through regular updates, dashboards, and presentations.As the team manager, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, cybersecurity, IAM, enterprise architects, and citizen developers to maximize business value while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.Aligned with the Group framework, you will establish the team development standards and design patterns.You will drive adoption of enterprise-grade application development practice and lead reduction of technical debt.Assess new Microsoft capabilities and define implementation strategies.Ensure alignment between Group practices and local practicesProcess Improvement, Automation, and Digital EnablementIdentify, prioritize, and sponsor opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and digitize business processes using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, workflow automation, reporting tools, and other approved solutions.Lead technical and operational feasibility assessments with IT developers, solution owners, and business stakeholders to determine the right approach for each improvement opportunity.Maintain strong alignment with Group and regional technology teams to stay informed of platform changes, licensing updates, governance expectations, and emerging capabilities that may support operational excellence objectives.Provide coaching, training, and guidance to business teams so they can sustain process improvements, manage routine solution updates, and adopt standard ways of working.Oversee support and continuous improvement of a portfolio of operational tools, SharePoint sites, workflows, and related solutions by monitoring performance, addressing escalations, and coordinating issue resolution with appropriate teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems.3+ years of experience leading Application / Power Platform Development teams, business transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled improvement initiatives.2+ years managing cross-functional projects and partnering with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to optimize processes and deliver measurable business outcomes.Experience managing a portfolio of initiatives through planning, prioritization, requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, training, deployment, adoption, and benefits tracking.Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, user experience process mapping, root-cause analysis, change management, performance management, and user-centered solution design.Ability to build alignment, influence to drive sustainable change across diverse teams and functions.Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce clear documentation, executive presentations, project updates, and training materials for technical and non-technical audiences.Strong understanding of business process optimization, workflow design, performance metrics, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement practices.Ability to analyze operational data, translate insights into action plans, and create clear project timelines, status reports, and executive summaries.Experience with project management tools, process documentation tools, service management platforms.Experience as solutions architect for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and digital collaboration platforms; familiarity with data, integration, and automation concepts is preferred.Strong understanding on project governance, process controls, and sustainable adoption of standard ways of working.Proficient in quickly learning and applying new technologies, improvement methodologies, and change-management practices to business challenges.Resourceful, creative, and organized with a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, timeframe commitments, usability, and attention to detail.Ability to quickly assimilate and apply new skills and technologies.Adaptable and responsive to changes in business priorities, technologies, and other factors that impact schedules and deliverables.Ability to work well both in-person and remotely with diverse, multi-cultural, multi-national, cross-functional teams.Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills.Richemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
