SPD Education & QA Lead - Sterile Processing

Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Sterile Processing Supervisor to lead education and quality assurance across SPD workflows. You will drive continuous improvement, align with AAMI standards, and coordinate with surgical teams to ensure accurate, timely sterile products for patient care.
Responsibilities include staff mentorship, adherence to OSHA, FDA, AORN, DNV, and AAMI standards, and serving as instrumentation expert within surgical services. CRCST is required; CIS/CER preferred.
