Schedule: 4 days per week
Daily Compensation: $700–$900 per day
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in general dentistry preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply (training provided).

Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:
Patient Care:
Diagnose and treat oral health conditions, including performing routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, root canals, and other general dental procedures.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment options.
Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction during visits.
Treatment Planning:
Develop and present personalized treatment plans to patients.
Discuss treatment options and address patient concerns clearly and respectfully.
Compliance:
Adhere to all practice policies, state regulations, and professional standards for dental care.
Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment notes and medical histories.
Practice Growth:
Contribute to a welcoming and respectful office culture that builds patient trust and retention.
Support the private practice’s reputation through exceptional service and care quality.
