Key Responsibilities: As their AP/AR Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of their organization. Your responsibilities will include: * Accounts Payable: * Managing and processing vendor invoices accurately and efficiently. * Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies. * Preparing and processing payments to vendors. * Accounts Receivable: * Monitoring customer accounts for timely payments and following up on overdue accounts. * Posting customer payments and reconciling customer accounts. * Assisting with customer invoicing and billing inquiries. * Financial Reporting: * Assisting with month-end and year-end financial closing processes. * Generating financial reports and providing insights to support decision-making. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: * Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
