Key Responsibilities: As their AP/AR Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of their organization. Your responsibilities will include: Accounts Payable: Managing and processing vendor invoices accurately and efficiently. Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies. Preparing and processing payments to vendors. Accounts Receivable: Monitoring customer accounts for timely payments and following up on overdue accounts. Posting customer payments and reconciling customer accounts. Assisting with customer invoicing and billing inquiries. Financial Reporting: Assisting with month-end and year-end financial closing processes. Generating financial reports and providing insights to support decision-making. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
