Work full-time in a dynamic school-based setting, using your expertise to support around 30 students from 4K through 8th grade. This rewarding position focuses on helping students overcome articulation and language challenges, as well as supporting a few students on the spectrum. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience in a school-based environment is highly preferred
• Skilled in working with articulation and language disorders
• Familiarity with supporting children on the autism spectrum
• Ability to manage caseload across early childhood to middle school ages (4K-8th grade)
• Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Bilingual abilities are a strong plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success and integrate therapy into educational programming
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of all required reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluation and progress monitoring
• Support students’ growth and communication both in and out of the classroom setting
