Presales Consultant (gn) Data & AI Services

Als Presales Consultant bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Vertriebs- und Deliveryteams. Du unterstützt unsere Kunden dabei, die besten Data/ AI-Lösungen zu identifizieren und zu implementieren. Dabei spielst du eine zentrale Rolle während der gesamten Verkaufsphase und sorgst für eine nahtlose Kommunikation zwischen den funktionalen und geschäftlichen Anforderungen.

Aufgabengebiet

Kundenbedürfnisse & Lösungsentwicklung: Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter-Lösungen, die sowohl technische als auch geschäftliche Ziele berücksichtigen.
Vertriebsunterstützung : Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb in der PreSales-Phase, Einbringen von Expertise in Kundengesprächen sowie Erstellung von Angeboten und Präsentationen, die den geschäftlichen Mehrwert der Lösungen hervorheben.
Optimierung & Beratung: Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen bestehender Lösungen und proaktive Beratung zu neuen Technologien und Best Practices.
Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung & Community Engagement: Pflege und Ausbau von Cloud-Zertifizierungen sowie Verfolgung aktueller Trends durch Konferenzen, Webinare und Fach-Communities.
