Milieu Director: Trauma-Informed Residential Leader

The Home for Little Wanderers, Inc. in Walpole, MA is seeking a Milieu Director to lead therapeutic milieu programming for youth ages 13-19 with trauma histories, developmental delays or ASD. You will supervise Team Leaders and counseling staff under the Program Directors and help implement a trauma-informed care model.
